Featuring: PATRICK ROY Goalie Masks Through the Years β A Rare Family Photo πππ
From the raw beginning.
The 1986 plain white Lefebvre mask. A young, skinny rookie stepping into the crease for the Montreal Canadiens and winning the Stanley Cup in his very first season against the Calgary Flames.
Then the mask that defined a generation.
The iconic Blue Blanc Rouge design of the 90s. The bold Canadiens logo front and center. C33 on the chin. ROY laser etched down the sides. The dream mask for every Montreal kid watching him lift the Cup again in 1993 after defeating the Los Angeles Kings and Wayne Gretzky.
And finally, the Mean Mountain Face Colorado era.
The Colorado Avalanche mountain design with the mean face. Intimidating. Unmistakable. Legendary. He won two more Cups in Colorado, including 1996 immediately after the trade, but the 2001 version remains his most iconic Avalanche artwork.
All three versions are present today at our Montreal HQ.

Side by side. One epic family photo. A full walk through Roy history.
