When John Vanbiesbrouck left New York and joined the brand newly arrived Florida Panthers team in 1992, I think the world hockey world went: WOW! ROAR! What in the world is that yellow golden mask that he has on his head?? And what are those perfectly matching BROWN gear that he has on?? Everything flowed together so perfectly! What a star goalie this Panthers team has to start their franchise history! We wanted to give a modernized tribute to this Beezer gear setup and a redesigned mask. The result? I think it's a quite roaring winning mask.
